2. Collection and processing of data

When you visit, technical data is processed to provide the website. You actively share information, for example by email, when booking an appointment through Calendly, or after answering the quiz questions. This website does not have its own contact form.

3. Hosting and technical access data

This website is provided through Lovable and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. This involves technical connection and access data, such as your IP address, the page visited, and the time of access. This data enables the website to be provided and operated securely. Where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f) is the basis for this technically necessary processing. Specific storage regions and retention periods are not defined here.

4. Contact by email

If you email me, the information you provide (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your enquiry. The email link opens your email program; your message is not sent through a contact form on this website. The email provider I use is involved in handling it. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) for contract-related enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries. Information is needed only for as long as handling your enquiry and any legal obligations require.

5. Free quiz

You answer the quiz questions without registering; your answers remain in your browser and are not sent to the database. To see your result, you enter your email address and, optionally, your first name at the end. This information is stored in Lovable Cloud together with a reference to the quiz and the time it was collected. Lovable Cloud uses a provided database infrastructure. Your result is displayed on the website, not sent by email. You are not automatically subscribed to a newsletter. Submission is based on your active consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable). You may withdraw this consent and request deletion by email. No fixed retention period is currently specified.

6. Booking appointments through Calendly

The call buttons lead to an external booking page operated by Calendly LLC. No Calendly calendar is embedded on this website. You only connect to Calendly when you open the link. Calendly processes technical connection data and the booking details you enter, such as your name and email address. Calendly is a US provider; processing outside Switzerland or the EEA is possible.

The booking is used to arrange an appointment and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable). Details of processing and data transfers can be found in Calendly's Privacy Policy.

7. Local settings and font files

Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser's local storage so it can be respected on later visits. You can change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Cloudflare also sets a security cookie to detect automated access (__cf_bm) when delivering the website. During the checked visit, it was limited to 30 minutes. The Work Sans and Instrument Serif fonts are served locally with the website; no connection to Google Fonts is required. External links, such as those to Sternentiere and Spirit Travel Egypt, only open the other website after you click.

8. Analytics and technical error diagnosis

The website's own code currently includes no additional analytics or advertising tracking services. The hosting platform may process technical operational, usage, and error data. The website code supports technical error reporting to the platform. The exact scope of platform-side statistics, storage periods, and subcontractors used must be checked against the provider's current information; the analytics choice in the banner does not control these platform-side processes.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you, to correct inaccurate data, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Simply email the address given above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or within the EU, with the relevant national authority.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated if legal requirements or the services used on the website change. The version published on this page applies.

11. AI-powered package recommendation

If you voluntarily use the package recommendation and explicitly consent, your description and selected language are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to OpenAI (GPT-6 Astra) to generate an automated, non-binding suggestion. Please omit names, contact details and intimate health information. The website does not save your description or recommendation in its application database or browser storage. OpenAI requests use store: false. This does not rule out operational processing or logs by infrastructure providers. Provider processing regions and operational retention periods still require verification against the applicable provider agreements. Technical request counters and service availability blocks are stored separately, without your description, to limit misuse. You may stop processing using the Stop button; this does not undo processing already performed. Where the GDPR applies, your explicit consent is the basis for this optional processing (Art. 6(1)(a) and, if applicable, Art. 9(2)(a)). You can instead arrange a free introductory call without using AI.
